It's not much but I have no trouble starting a new tread about the game :) Guys I'm off for the weekend but when I return I'll will re post a lot on the game including new stuff that I'm finally over with along with a much better description on the demo itself.

Would you be willing to test it out soon? I might have a working demo soon enough, perhaps even 2 weeks.

Of course Benoit, I was looking for 2 testers!

This week I'll be posting more about the game itself, although it's not going to be a finished product, the pictures and some of the music is missing, the game will be playable, so I'll keep you posted.

Here's a little update

I know I said that all battle animations were done but I couldn't help myself in updating Lana's magic. She doesn't use techniques like the rest of them, she uses magic like those in PS 1. The trick was to update those sad looking magic sprites and thus is where Wind was reborn!

BTW I would love if someone could explain to me (As if I was a complete moron) how to post the image on the message board? I've been trying for the last 10 minutes and I just can't seem to make it work...

It's reminiscent of the original Phantasy Star. Neat. :)

It looks like phpBB's parser for image URLs is too dumb for the URLs in your post. :(

The adress to the image must end with .jp(e)g, .png or .gif.
And I think it may not contain characters '?' or '&'.

Alright 2 exciting updates! Well for me anyway ;)

First off, I have finally made the teleporter system pretty much like PS 2 or 4. You can go from town to town but not to the villages where the system as not been implemented by the government.

Secondly, The training room is up and operational! You can battle any monsters you've encountered so far during the game. Think about it, easy leveling and money making! ;) I've always hated the time it took for leveling up to be ready for different events or just to get the money to buy different arms or armor in the PS series do the training room fixes that problem. But you have to be careful cause once a battle starts in the T.R. it doesn't stop till a party is victorious!

Anyway I hope you guys had a nice weekend

Quick Sunday update

Hey everyone I've decided to completely finish all the battle animations for the game itself. So far, all the animations for the demo are done but since I'm waiting for the pictures and music and that I have so much time on my hands, well I've decided to continue the animations for the completion of the game. The images for the demo won't be finished before a long time it seems :( So by slowly making these animations I will in term be able to continue making the actual game and to perhaps even finish a huge chunk of it be years end.
My composer as already sent me 2 working tracks that are already integrated to the game and work perfectly so that's a plus!
Alright here are Nero's Light Blade and Laconian Blade.
