I have a near-final version (everthing is okay except the manual which is not translated yet, still searching how to edit it completely. I found it was some dds file without header and if you add one, you can see the files but some are not displayed perfectly/fully so still need to search).
To test it, you need to know/be able to do those two things :
Step 1 : Install a pkg file on your PS3.
Step 2 : Install a .rap file with ReactPSN on your PS3 to active the game.
Once those two things are done, the game is installed and should work.
(You need a custom firmware to do those things).
Feel free to pm me if you want to test it and I'll send you the files (those tests will also benefit the english version).
Once I'm sure the installation is okay on other peoples PS3, I'll release it in public.
Note : Someone tested it and it wasn't working for him, until he realize it was a resolution problem on his side.

We switched the Cero to PEGI as we use PEGI in Europe. We also decided to put the Sega logo rather than the translation (Sega Corporation). Cero A is "for everyone" and Phantasy Star 2 is also rated "ESRB - For everyone" which would be "PEGI 3+" in Europe and it seemed weird to me, as Final Fantasy VII is rated "PEGI 12+". As Final Fantasy VII and Phantasy Star 2 share a similar scenario event, I decided to use the PEGI 12+ for it too.
And the tinyurl written on it redirect to this thread
