In response to a certain anime WING-0 posted, i sent it to a friend who is interested in that stuff. She responded with a episode list of another series, on the same site. Elfen lied. It's confusing at first but bear with me, it is incredible. I nearly cried at multiple parts, and i don't intend to spoil anything. 13 (25 min long) episodes i watched over 2 days and they were incredible. Be warned, it contains nudity (in most episodes), chile abuse, emotional sequences and strong gore, but It's not too bad, if you can handle episode 1 you should be fine, until episode 12

It may seem like a lot to watch, and a little odd with the boobs and the gore (and yes even I watched it, no one walked in ) then please do take a look. It may not be for everyone, but if you manage to get into it it is incredible. I VERY strongly recommend this. Thanks

I think I bought a dvd a while back. Watched a few episodes, and to me the selling factors has to be a cat girl with a dual personality and peeing issues and the pedo bait little girl - for pervy Jap businessmen anyway.

I finished my second run of this anime today. I love it so much, especially the theme music.

I really liked Elfen Lied, as effed up as it was. I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone because of how wrong some things are (stuff like, I dunno, seeing little girls naked is kinda sort of very icky), but yeah. It was a good watch and I recall one scene vividly that really upset me.

[spoiler]The part where the puppy gets beaten to death in front of Lucy by two boys who picked on her, when she was a little girl.[/spoiler] I was shocked to see something like that, though there are other shocking moments, of course. I'd have to watch it again since I blocked most of it out. Either that or I plum forgot it. :<
