Did it at level 93. It did cut it kind of close, as I had just one Sol Dew left, but I wouldn't say I got insanely lucky, either.
Laconian Circlet/Laconian Dagger/Plasma Field/Cyber Suit, and I brought (in addition to the vehicles, Aero Prism, and Rykros Ring) the Power Shield, Mahlay Shield, and 33 Sol Dews.
I did see a lot of Ray Breath and physical attacks from forms 1 and 2 respectively, and it took 8-10 turns to see Cancelling, so I did get lucky in that sense. Seth is immune to Evil Eye, but I rarely saw it.
