Phantasy Star IV super enemy

I was thinking of making a super enemy for PSIV that would be an optional challenge. It's obviously in the early stages, but here's what I have so far

RULAKIR (he miraculously survived the events of PSIII and ended up back in Algo through Aron/time warp)

HP: 32767
Attack: 99
Defense: 80 (Chaosbringer at 42 is the highest in the game except for Zio the first time)
Magic defense: 50

He gets two turns to your one. Every other turn, he uses Zio's magical barrier which needs to be broken by the Psycho Wand. He knows Megid, Diem, Legeon, and, um...help me out here.

Also...

-Immune to ALL negative status effects
-Knows Shift and Deban, uses them first turn

I want him to be just barely beatable at level 75 or so. It may take a little bit to adjust the difficulty level

I have a better idea. It is not Rulakir...it is NEO ROLF.

Nobody knows what happened to Rolf and the others aboard Starship Noah. Here is what happened in this sequence: Rolf made a deal with the Profound Darkness himself. He traded the lives of both his comrades and the Earthmen in exchange for immortality. Rolf is biding his time somewhere on Algo (haven't figured that part out yet), and his mission is to destroy the Protectors who threaten the life of the Profound Darkness.

Here is my idea for one:

Neo Mother Brain:
HP: 25,000
Defence: 0
Magic Defence: 0
Attack: 352
Dexterity: 264
Mental: 185
Agility: 80

Has a physical attack, can cast Tandle, Hewn, and Astral.

I'll come up with more details eventually.

Attack of 352? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that would one hit KO everyone, no matter what.

Can it even go above 255?

Rolf: Look at you. You're a little kid. You don't even shave yet. Do you really think you stand a chance against the Profound Darkness?...oh, Lutz, is that you? You almost had me killed. You could have teleported me away from Starship Noah...but you didn't. You left me to die. First, I lost my parents. Then, I lost Nei. I was not going to join them, so I struck a deal with the Darkness. Blood was shed. My former comrades were killed at my own hand, and so were the Earthmen. I did not die. I will not die. The Darkness will always prevail, and you, Chaz, and you, Lutz, will meet the same fate as everyone else in Algo.

I thought of another new enemy/boss (obviously only in words):

Great Light:
HP: 32,430
Defence: 103
Magic Defence: 108
Attack: 672
Dexterity: 255
Mental: 190
Agility: 85

Has a energy-based physical attack that will hit a single character for about 400-450 damage (with buffs up), which factories in character defence power. 2/8 chance of use.

Immune to the factors of Biological, Mechanic, Destroy, Brose, and Holyword. Neutral to Fire, Water, Gravity, Wind, Light, Electric, Anti-Evil, Efess, and Energy.

Can cast three spells:

-Light-Eye, which is a basically just Evil-Eye, but difference graphic. It attempts to put character to sleep. 1/8 chance of use.

-Violet Flash, a few flashes of purple light that are use the Light factor. Can hit the entire party for about 150-250 damage (with buffs up). 3/8 chance of use.

-Cancelling, which neutralises buffs, and is the same one PD3 has. 2/8 chance of use.

You'd need to be atleast level 75 to defeat him without being super lucky. Death animation is the same as PD3's, only colours have been changed to black and white.

Being that he is the Great Light, factor 6 immunity would be both interesting and it would make the fight much more difficult. Megid, Elsydeon, Tsu, Silver Tusk all off the table.

He could also have an ability called Seal (as opposed to Seals) which causes four planets to form, completely removing a random character from the battle. (Not sure how this would actually work, though. Maybe something with Zio's Black Wave that is used in the second fight if you don't use the Psycho Wand)

Yes to this one every level. Also add Nei to it too.

It'd be tougher to include Nei because her fate isn't uncertain, unless Neifirst somehow survived.
