Rulakir clones in Lashute?

What's up with that? I've always wondered what was going on. Was there something in the Japanese version that talked about it?

The Watcher-Defender-Guardian enemies?

My theory is that they are clones Rulakir made of himself. I also have a theory that the Fatima-Zafirah-Khalidah are those women NPC’s in yellow you see in LaShute and most other castles, while the Punisher-Torturer-Executer enemies are those guard NPC’s in red you see in LaShute and some other dungeons.

I don’t think the Japanese text mentions anything about the Watcher enemies looking like Rulakir.

Interesting.

Not much is really said about Rulakir and the people of Terminus, but they clearly had a lot of influence even while Dark Force was trapped.

They wanted Rhys to bring Satellite back. The only way that would ever happen is if Rhys a) wanted to go to Cille and b) got Lyle AND Lena to help.

I was always fascinated with the people of Lashute being so nice before you pull the Black Sword out of the Sunken Castle. Isn't it weird that Rulakir at this time says nothing? I wish they had more story on this. Does the japanese version of PS3 have this same dialog before pulling the sword out?

The catalyst for their change in dialogue (and music, and random encounters) is changing the legendary weapons into the Nei weapons. So, presumably, Dark Force is already in the Lashute dungeon if you go there after getting the sword but before the weapons undergoing the transformation.

It really is quite interesting. There's so much in that game that wasn't explored in detail, leaving everyone to speculate.

What I want to know is in what way Orakio's Sword was holding Dark Force.
Get Xenoblade Chronicles!

Yeah... Has Dark Force been been in any other "seal" (prisoned)? Profound Darkness tried to broke the seal which was the planets (iirc).
I am NaN!

Not that I'm aware of, though it's certainly possible.
