Maybe because you compare them to other difficulty levels. Like Dark falz normal is wayyy easier than DF Hard mode n up! :p

His final form is really more difficult than those other 2 yes, because Falz uses Grants and a psychical slash which hits hard ( :p ) and he's invincible alot.

I recall he can also make every damage you do to him, is transmited to a random person. Dunno if it is a pain in Offline though, lets hope not!

Dark Falz's attacks:<p>Megid<br>Rafoie<br>Rabarta<br>Follow missles<br>Sword-like thing on phase 3?(excluding darvants)<br>Darvant attack<br>Sky Beam<p>The best way, well the way I did was use foie lvl 10 to knock out his third form.<p>It did 101-103 damage.

Yeah foie is good for Falz. It hits even when he's invincible.

When you damage him, the damage will also be inflicted upon the player whose soul it is. After some time, the player will get his soul back, followed by a slash.

Evil!!!!!!, first he steals your soul, and if that wasn't enough, he bitch-slaps you when he gives it back!<p>Does he do that in Offline too?<p>

Yes. The patterns of the bosses in all PSO games are identical offline and online.

It hurts when he uses that attack, But after 1 last hit, I would've died, But I won and killed him instead.

I guess one advantage when playing offline is that you dont have other people who can hit him and damage you when he does that though.
