See, I have heard Tales isnt that great, and i geuss its unfair to judge the two having only played one...but still

I really liked it, and the cel-shading was pretty cool, although it is becoming rather too commonplace nowadays.<p>The battle system is incredibly frantic ... It's real time ... And 4-player with one character per player is such a challenge. At least you can work out how a computer will act. But humans, oh no.

Tales *is* a great game, no question. I have have, finished it, and will eventually replay it... but it's not better than Skies.

I'm replaying Skies at the moment...<p>I haven't got round to replaying Tales yet, although Tales does have added replay value with the completed save file.

I prefer ToS because I feel that it has a better storyline, better battle gameplay, and better characters than Skies of Arcadia's.<p>Skies of Arcadia, I admit, is a good game, but it is a game that is nothing groundbreaking or worth remembering. People here think that the features included in this game (ship battles, discoveries, etc) is more than enough to compensate for the game's poor plot and tedious battle gameplay makes it a supreme RPG when it really isn't.<p> <p><p>[size=small][Edit by ThePeaGuy on [TIME]1107118971[/TIME]][/size]

I can't vote here, since I know little about Skies. Tales is a very good game, the story has got me quite intrigued. (No spoilers please..I have not completed it yet...)
