Oh yes...

The ending of Lufia made me cry. It even made me cry again when I replayed the game.

The ending of Baten Kaitos Origins made me cry as well.

PSII's strong moment didn't make me cry, but did make me feel down. PSIV's less so. I got spoiled on both of them before playing the games, though.

Phantasy Star III makes me cry not once, but 4 times, every time I play: at the opening screen, when I reach Laya's world, when I get to Skyheaven, and at Sean's ending, when Alisa III meets Neopalm. If you ask me why, I can not rationally find an answer.

Regarding the other "natural" emotional moments in the series, Nei's death, despite all the drama, didn´t do anything to me because I knew about it beforehand when I first played (if I didn´t know it, probably I would have cried there as well). Alys' death, on other hand, didn´t surprise me at all because it felt obvious that she was going to die - she playes the role of the "tutor", someone stronger and wiser than the young adventurer that must be taken down to let him/her take the role of the hero. And as for PSI, the soothing ending scene was more relieving than touching to me - the final run, from Baya Malay to the fight with Dark Falz is much more thrilling and adrenaline pumping than anything.

As for other games and series, I don´t remember. I like the Opera House scene in Final Fantasy VI a LOT, though.

Sorry for being a fanboy, but FF7, when Aeris dies. And in Suikoden 3, when Lulu dies!

Oh, yes, and I cried, probably of excitement, at the Civilization IV opening movie.

Never CRIED but got really sad when Alys died on PSIV, when your party disbands forever at the end of PSIV, and when your team dies on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

While I didn't cry, the moment when Link waved goodbye to his grandmother as he was departing his home island in The Wind Waker gave me goosebumps. Link's sister Aryll had been kidnapped by a giant bird, and so he had to leave home (for the first time) to go find her.

I'm with you on that bro!!! For all my gaming life, I never cried, but I will say that I felt sad for a brief moment in The Legend of Zelda "WindWaker" when Link wave to his grandmother. From that moment, I had a brief flash back when I use to be my grandmother.
