I saw several great clips of the PS3 Live Vlad has been talking about for a few days. Good quality, too!

Well, I'm an American. This whole thing is a shameful circus. I'm not going to go deeply into politics and stuff (and I could go on for a very long time), but here's the very shortened version of what I could say on this.

Cut spending (start with the military, which is the biggest elephant in the room).

Raise taxes.

Stop acting like children, each and every one of you.

They could start by abolishing the tax cut that the rich have. But the Republicans are against it.

Yes, absolutely they could. That would be a fine start.

God, that's depressing. What gets me is that none of those cops are in jail, and nothing is really being done about it. =\

Actually, both articles say the incident is being investigated by district attorneys and the FBI, and criminal charges may be filed for these cops. The Forbes article says all six are on paid leave (I personally think it should unpaid leave) and the LATimes says one is on leave and the others are off patrol duty so this doesn't happen again. So something is being done about it, even if it is the slow legal way...which is how it should be done. They definitely went way too far dealing with this. It sounds like yes, the guy may have stolen some stuff and was attempting to break into people's cars at the time people called the cops, but that doesn't mean he needed to be beaten to the point of death, especially since when the cops actually arrived, he was just sitting on a bench. If he was suspect, they could've tazed him once, put cuffs on him and been done with it instead.

I do hope these cops face appropriate justice at some point in the future.

I put less than a half tea spoon of this on my bread today.

Few moments later I though that "this is the end". Ultimately I survived (I'm here to tell this).
Now I fear if my ass is gonna catch on fire when the time comes...

I found out that I can set my laptop as a server and use the PS3 to play its music through my TV's superior speakers.

I checked the results for my English Level Placement Test. I got a 90% score, which effectively puts me as a Lv 6. Now, I can brag about my mad skillz and make fun like an asshole of the poor people who have to take classes. HAH!

But I won't do it...too much...
