A giant table full of font elements... Ugh. :( Takes ages to load too, so I didn't see it. Not like I could properly see it at my low screen resolution.

Zoom out. ;)
I have that same on svg, compressed one: svgz. And the size is about 200kb compared to this 1.3Mb html file. :) It's just that many browesers seems not to support svg. :o A frind of mine tried to open the svg on his FF3 and it asked to save the file. (Also his Photoshop couldn't open it wihich was even more confusing.)
Stylesheets could be used instead of backwards compatible html (html3). But it would be pretty much same kind of mess because you'd have to set different style into almost every "pixel".

Anyway. This gave me an idea to build up small site that works on textUI browsers too (links, lynx), resembling the look of old BBS's. :)

From what I hear, that's because it's a mess of a specification. It's pretty much abandoned as well, as Adobe was trying to make a Flash killer out of it until it acquired Flash.

Flash is only good for games. :|
For other uses it's way too heavy.
But wait! There was a flash based VNC client. That's pretty smart way to utilize flash. :)

It could be nice with smaller images. That particular image is just way too big.

I can't even begin to describe how utterly cool that is. Seriously.
