Sonic Adventure 2:Battle Regarding Chaos

This is just a question i have, i don't know much about chao but for know i want to know about evolution. The chao i am interested in started from one of the eggs that you begin with in the garden. The chao grew from a child to Dark Attribute chao, with normal ability. I've noticed that there are some pretty advanced looking chaos in races and karate. I'm not sure if i can get one of these chaos or not. Note that age is 4 and transform is 0.

(actually that's one way) If you pet him with one of the bad guys, he goes black and becomes evil. And if you do it with a one of the heros, he becomes good.
