New PS game by Sega?

Vinicius posted in the PS Message Board:
I saw an article of the recent E3 news and it says of a new Phantasy Star game in development by Sega (no, its not PSO). The name was 'Phantasy Star V : The Allegro Generations' .

PSO related...

An interesting development has taken place in what some would call the final days of Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2 for the Dreamcast. Many users have been reporting that a bot named "Millennium" has been monitoring the PSO servers for cheating. Millennium is rumored to be a level 200 RAcaseal, and is said to be present in multiple lobbies at once. According to rumors, Millennium periodically announces recent FSOD incidents, the location of the incident, and the offending user. Its also rumored to have extra abilities, such as disconnecting and/or banning harmful users, recording guild card info, and checking the stats of the PSO network. Whether or not Sega/Sonic Team is behind this is a subject of great debate, although most reports seem to mention a "Carla" as the creator of Millennium. There is still much unknown about Millennium, including whether or not she actually exists. Since we have been focusing on PSO Ep 1 & 2, we haven't played PSOv2 for quite some time, but we're going to renew our Hunters License just to see this.

PS Collection for PC?

Will Phantasy Star Collection be released for PC?
In the magazine EGM it said that the game will be released for PC. I personally think they mean PSO, but who knows, eh...?
