Phantasy Star Cave Message Board

I will be performing an upgrade to this board as most of you are aware. I was wondering what additions that you all want to see? That being plugins, or any type of alterations to the functionality.

Only suggest the ones that are compatible with phpbb3 latest version.

I think Phantasy Star related, OR EVEN ORIGINAL smilies would give the board more of an original feel to it... I don't want to be disrespectful in any way, as I really do enjoy this board, and fellow Phantasy Star fans, but... It's not really that active to go into any more advanced features... But for newcomers, original smilies are like beautiful eye candy, rather than seeing the same default smilies everywhere you go... You know?

I do have a collection of Phantasy Star related smilies, ill upload a few examples when im back home.

I completely agree with this statement. I have a leekspin emoticon that keeps me entertained for hours...

I honestly hate those yellow smilies... I see them EVERYWHERE... That's why I use =P, as opposed to the combination of ":" and "P".

And Semix, send Missagh your Miku Leekspin. Moar Hatsune Miku can only be good. Maybe we can even brainwash these people into submission to the THE virtual songstress... =P

I dunno if customizable themes are possible in phpbb3, and I really didn't look much into the links you posted because of time, but smilies are a must. MAYBE, a tab that shows when a user is connected and looking at what thread, I think I have seen that one before on some other board I was checking.

Maybe even a friend list would be cool. I know, I know, this isn't feisbuk, but eh. I tend to like those.

Like Who's Online?

I know the "Who's online" thing, I'm not blind, you know. =P

What I mean, when entering specific sections, like General Discussion, to see who is THERE, and as entering the thread, seeing who is there as well.

For sections, at the top there's "Users browsing this forum:" followed by who is doing so.

Yes! This is a fine idea! Friend list! I want friends!!!!! An then I want them in a list so I can be like "YEAH!!! I have friends! Recognize!"

But seriously though, I like friendlist idea..
