neifirst and nm-2011 art

these were originally sketches/drawings by Tohoru Yoshida (the guy who did the character designs for PSII and PSIV).

since i like drawing, and since i have a tablet, i decided to re-ink (and in some cases improvise) the sketches, added some extra details and re-drew some parts completely (Like NM's torso, arms, parts of her hair). although for the neifirst pic, i superimposed in the original pencil sketch marks for her outfit cuz i thought it looked neater that way.

basically i was always upset at the lack of official art for Neifirst and NM-2011, so i decided to create my own "official" artwork (haha, though its not really official anymore).

i feel pretty mortal. but hey, thanks lol. i appreciate the kind words from everyone and i hope to contribute more PS art soonish.


does anyone have any suggestions for what character to do next?

I would fall on my knees if you were to redraw Flena / Demi like you did for Neifirst.

Gooooood job by the way, go for it and or maybe Fal Rika with her other design in the official arts when they wantd to picture her with a child if I m not mistaken

You mean that sketch that Yoshida dreamt up in her spare time, with Chaz dead, leaving Rika with a kid named Rui. I don't like it because of the idea.

Shhh, its just safer to assume by default that most of the internet's inhabitants are male, less accidents >)

On the other hand, Wren or Demi fanart would be boss, and I am always a fan of more straight up Rika fanart, because Rika is full of win. As for Rika with a child, kinda what shes meant to make, though with Chaz its a no go for me as well.

I know, it's just not fair. Poor Rika. She goes through everything that happens in the game and finally gets a bit of happiness for herself so she isn't just a scientific project anymore, she never gets a childhood, has a kid and falls in love with Chaz, but then he kicks the bucket leaving her as... what, a three or four year old single mother? There's just something not right with that.

Chaz dying in the future kinda bugs me too, but i would think that at least that makes Rika a stronger character. and.. hey, at least the kid will grow up fast

I think Rika would have enought will power to withstand (is it spelt right ; What I want to mean is "to endure") Chaz' death and make a new life.

I also think she could be strong enough to make a break up with Chaz even without him dying.
Because in the end, she is a 1 or 2 years old girl. even if she had a baby at 4 or 5, she still would have a lot to see.

They might have just easily formed a Brother and Sister Relationship.
(Although I like the idea of Chaz dying but it would have to be from an illness or something because lets face it.... whos going to beat the guy responsible for destroying the prefound darkness).
