Tutorial One:

Getting Started

Step 1.

Open MS Paint and Save a new page as "Work" save the file type as PNG.
This is very important if we want the image to be crisp and not ruined.

Make the background color pink using the Fill icon and select pink.

Step 2.

Use the paint brush tool and select the smallest square (1 pixel in size).

It's good, but only shows the head. :( It needs a body, otherwise it'll float around the screen on its own! D:

(in other words, keep up the nice work HTD! I can see this being very helpful to people who are new to spriting)

No need, just make them good and spend time using the limitations to craft good characters.

For now I will just stay with the thread.
I am working on a Fan Game so that has to come first but, I'll upload a new tutorial tonight.

As for a youtube video, Id need advice on how to record from a pc, as I have no skill with such things.

Google teaches you how to do ANYTHING, you can even learn how to make crack from cocaine via Google... Sadly, I'm serious.

Updated, please read the chart and give me examples.
I hope it is clear, let me know if it isn't and I will go back to the old method.
