I changed system, burn program, disc... And it worked now. Boots alright, however, I have to pray at every shop entrance... It's freezing on shops...
Perhaps, an DVD ISO version of this game might help. I tried it myself and failed...
Guaranteed freeze: armor shop in Paseo
EDIT: SOLVED IT, burning on a good media + imgburn
Thanks! Sorry for the mess!

Is there any specific requirements to help test? Like, are you looking for feedback from people with hardware modded consoles or playing using emulation, etc? I would love to contribute and help the community.

For PSGEN2, I think at this point we just need everyone and anyone to playtest the entire game and look for anything out of the ordinary... Strange icons, missing icons, Japanese or French text/graphics, improper text formatting, doubled text, glitches.
For PSGEN1, we need to find foolproof ways of letting people play it on a real PS2 without encountering the glitch where characters turn into garbage graphics after you exit a battle. Apparently someone only gets the glitch once every few hours of play, some other people get it every other fight. Others never get it at all.

Sweet!!! My PS2 is out of commission, but I can play PSGEN2 on emu to provide information. Sorry for all of the questions, would you like feedback, bugs, etc posted here or is there a shared doc for tracking the bugs?

Posting it here is easiest. If things get cluttered with discussion, I can always collect the posts and PM Goldenboy with them--if he's OK with that.

That's actually in the original game. It looks awkward but it's intentional.

I think that might be something new (not sure though). In case it is, I feel like I should say Teim's name is indeed T E I M in all known releases of the original Phantasy Star II, but a lot of people seem to remember it being spelled as T I E M. I think we should go with the official spelling, if we're keeping it.
I'd also like to ask Blaw-, how is PSGEN1 v3.00 going? Did you and Tryphon figure out the file allocation issues yet?

This is the first time I have seen it spelled as TIEM. In Arimaya, it was spelled TEIM. During that conversation in Nido Tower, the spelling switch multiple times between the two spellings. It was spelled TIEM 13 times and TEIM 2 times.
In Arimaya after Nido Tower, Teim was misspelled as Tiem in her dialog boxes after talking to the following people:
Todd
Esther
Michael
Ira
Amos
Caleb
Peter
Absalom (two dialog window responses)
Balaam
Oddly enough when inspecting all of the destroyed houses, the dialog window responses for Teim was spelled as Teim.
