Kega Lazarus ROM

My bud got me a kega lazarus ROM for my B-day (dec. 12) and i didnt notice till now But I have all 4 PS's on it! YAY! I was very happy untill i realized one thing...I cant save permanantly! I can only save if i keep kega open, And since its on the comp in my room, I get an error message whenever i try to save to the drive. PLUS!!! something went wrong and now i cant play IV....I have no luck with the PS's anymore

There is no such thing as a Kega Lazarus ROM.<p>He got ROMs for your birthday? ...That's a strange gift. Downloading ROMs doesn't cost anything, and it's illegal.

Actually... you can buy roms and a emulator online legally.<p>I ran into it 2 months ago.<p>You pay a one time fee, and can download all the roms you want. Even the emus.<p>I'll look up the URL later. <br>

http://www.starroms.com/games/browse/all.php<p>That site sells arcade roms if you donate with credits..<p>The Play TV games are done via emulation..<p>If you look more, you'll find places to sell Genesis/Snes roms.<p>It probably goes back to the ruling a year ago about retro emulation being legal. <p>

Oh, so it's not by Sega. I didn't hear about that site before. Sounds a bit too good to be true, though...<p>And emulators are always legal.<p>After taking a look at the site, there seem to be only games by Atari. Heh.

Emulators are legal, the ROMs arent unless its for backup purposes.<p>Also, ..........why cant you save...? Sounds like you dont know how to work the emulator. Use a savestate if you cant work it right. It should save to a .brm and that works just like the savefiles on the cart.<p>Go into the emu configs and edit where it saves files to, put it in the same directory as the roms, that might help.<p>Or just buy the real thing....?

I had a problem doing the save states, untill I changed some things in the configuation menu.

Its all about the save states with emulators, thats what theyre good for.
