That would be because he's level 90.

The DF from PS II was my first, and so will always be my favorite, besides being my favorite design. But the first DF from PS IV is a close second, especially for the fact of scaring the hell out of me appearing in barely half of the game and catching me completely off-guard, unprepared, and with my chars' resources spent, I still wonder how I still managed to beat him on the first try.

Not even Raja takes a beating when he's all the way up to lvl 90. And since Rune is so powerful and at level 90, all the more reason to blast the monsters with techs and skills instead of hitting them with a rod.<br>
