I have insane amounts of Meseta in PSII, and I've got the best equipment for everyone.<p>However, is there anywhere in the game where you can actually BUY Star Mists or Moon Dews? Or can you only get them if you find one or if Shir steals it?<p>Otherwise, I'll never run out of money buying Trimates.

No shop sells it, so you're out of luck.<br>Yeah, I also had a lot of money when I was close to finishing the game. Kind if silly, isn't it? In the beginning of the game, you're struggling to get enough money for new equipment, and in the end you have way too much of it...

What level do you have Shir on?? She doesn't need to be higher than level 10 to steal, and after that how high her level is doesn't make a difference on what she steals.<p>Look, here's the easiest way to get Star Mists and Moon Dews: (I assume you already have Shir on level 10) just go back to Paseo and hit up the item shop there. This id the easiest place to do it since when Shir steals something she always goes back to your house. The chance of stealing Star Mist/Moon Dew is random for any shop, so it doesn't matter that you're in the beginning town. I learned this the hard way.

Shir is at Lv19, but she has not stolen anything yet, apart from a Truth Sleeves and another Visiphone. I now have two of them.<p>I'll just keep trying.

If you want to level up Shir you can take her to Dezo, just make sure all her item slots are filled up, that way she can't steal. That might also be why she isn't stealing now or she's just "being difficult". It happens. it once took me a half hour of going in and out of stores for her to steal a Hidapipe. -_-

In one hour I've stolen two Star Mists, two Moon Dews, and a few trimate (aside from all the other useless junk like ANITDOTES)... Anyway, that doesn't matter now... but anyway are you going to the item shop in Paseo to steal? It sounds like you're going through a lot of grief.<p>btw, did you steal another visiphone from an item shop? That's cool. I've only stolen it from the baggage room at the central tower. It's easy that way.<br>

She has good Techs. if you actually bother to play with her. My cart save Shir is level 30 (Everyone in my party of Rolf, Anna, Shir, and Amy is level 30 or 31). If you fill up her items sack, it's no big deal to take her to Dezo. To make her even more powerful, I equipped her with two sleeves, and she attacks by using a StormGear. (Same thing with Amy.) That way they have high defense, and they can hit multiple enemies. <p> :smb: :smb: :smb:

I stole the Visiphone from the Central Tower twice.<p>I finally have got the patience to steal some stuff though. I've now got about 3 Star Mists and 2 Moon Dews. I'm just about to open a box in Noah...

Well, if you have the intention of beating the game with Shir, then I understand why you would go around Dezo with her to level her up. However, if you're not planning on taking her to Noah, but just need her to steal stuff, then there's no point in getting her up to an extremely high level only to leave her behind and take someone else in the end to take on Dark Force and Mother Brain. That's illogical!<p>Now I've done a combo before with Rolf, Rudo, Anna, and Shir. And I tell you, unless you have a ludicrous load of Moon Dews and Star Mists you'll get eaten alive every time. Sure, you have items like the Aegis, Truth Sleeves, Amber Robe and Crescegear that act like endless Dimate banks, but those items are useless in the battle against Dark Force!<p>And when does Shir learn Nagra? AT LEVEL 45! That's absurd! I've never had to go beyond level 42 to beat the game to boot with the combo of Rolf, Rudo, Anna, Amy. But anyway, it's definitely a doable thing with Shir since she can equip the Nei Emel and Gr Sleeves, as well as the Nei Cape. HOWEVER, the Neo CROWN is ONLY equippable by AMY (the best head gear Shir can equip is the Wind Scarf), and she can equip TWO Lacon Emels as well as the Nei Cape and then of course you can use the Storm Gear to fight with.

I had a party similar to that, except Hugh replaced Shir. Now, Hugh, though useful in getting through Noah with little damage, (Savol saves my party from being damaged by drawn out battles with high level enemies like ArchDragons) his usefullness in the battle against Dark Force is minimal. Useful techniques like Savol (Vol) or Doran can't affect Dark Force, and Gen is not a very effective technique to high-level monsters (please, correct me if I'm wrong, I've used Hugh quite a bit, but it's been a while since I last played), so it is doubtful it is damaging to Dark Force.<p>Anyways, we ended up winning against Dark Force, so it is indeed quite possible to win, and leave on good standings. <p>Note: About Hugh: after a certain point of the game, I found that Gen and SaGen weren't useful, especially in comparison to Vol and Savol. I found myself using Doran alot, as well, which is useful against ArchDragons and other threatening high-damage Biomonsters.

Very strange... <p>I also level up my characters to a high level, so it doesn't bother me any. The fact that I would reset the game to get the best stats possible with <i>each</i> learn outta prove that. My Shir uses the Jewel Crown (something she can steal as soon as you get her.) Same stats., but no power. By doing it that way, you can spread out your attack items between Amy, Shir, Hugh, and Kain if you desire. 'Course I'm not you. I have near full inventories of Trimates, Star Mists, and Moon Dew. And every party member has a Visiphone incase the carrier perishes, and everyone, INCLUDING Rudo who has no TP has Musik.
