PS Pages is not an official Phantasy Star site, so it can't have such sketches originating from there. Everything you find there comes from another source, like the Compendium.

If you look at the PSpages, There is a compendium image of Zio just like that. The link is right here:<p>http://www.phantasy-star.net/art/compendium/zio.jpg<p>So someone added some elements to the picture.

Actually, the picture as a whole comes from the PS Collection for the Saturn.<p>However, the Zio pictures are in the Compendium as well.
