Hey everyone! As some of you know, I've been working on a fan game which chronicles the final days of Palm; and is my attempt to fill in the gaps lto link the PS 1, PS 2, and PS 3 stories. I have some burning questions that I would love some answers to and here they are:
1. According to the PS timeline Orakio and Rulakir were born on Mota but raised on Palm. Is this true? and if it is; which city did they live in, and what was their social status (upper-class maybe?, or in politics? Or were they anonymous?)
2. Was there any mention of Laya's origins and family? (besides a younger sister of the same name)
3. How long have the Palmans been planning to evacuate the planet? (400 huge spaceships must've taken time to build) And what was the original intent for evacuating Palm?
4. What was the true purpose of Galia?
5. Is it possible that there could've been more than 9 "nei weapons" (perhaps a "Nei Bar" or claw)
6. Did any Palmans know about the humans? (Or Dezorians or Motavians)
7. Did any humans ever leave Noah and masquearde as Palmans? (Or Dezorians or Motavians)
8. Where did the resistance make it's headquarters?
9. Are there any history or mention of Odin's decendants?
10. What was the origin of Siren?
11. How did Wren (PS 4) escape to Mota? And was Mieu and Wren (PS 3) created at the same time?
12. Was the main cyborg factory, in fact, located on Palm?
13. Where did Tyler get his ship? And how was he involved with the resistance?
14. Is it possible that the Dark Force (presumed to have escaped Palm by hiding on one of the colony ships) was manifest before Palm's destruction and could've concievably been confronted by someone else who might have failed for lack of the "Nei Weapons"?
15. Is it possible that Odin's laconian axe (whis was actually stronger than Alis' sword) could have been an even more powerful artifact, if not a "Nei Weapon".
16. Is there any mention of the fate of Lassic's Sky Castle?
Any answers, discussion, or conjecture is welcome. Thanks everyone!

Is this true? and if it is; which city did they live in, and what was their social status (upper-class maybe?, or in politics? Or were they anonymous?)
In what timeline, PS Ultimate? Anyway, I believe the compendium states Orakio and Rulakir are decendants of Lashiec, perhaps lending to Rulakir's falling under DF's control.
2. Was there any mention of Laya's origins and family? (besides a younger sister of the same name)
None that I know of, save for the generation where you marry Laya's sister and a child is born.
3. How long have the Palmans been planning to evacuate the planet? (400 huge spaceships must've taken time to build) And what was the original intent for evacuating Palm?
It's stated in the compendium that a resistance faction had formed a couple of years prior to PSII, but to amass that kind of money and technology...no idea. Kind of a plot hole, if you ask me. Perhaps Mother Brain/the Earthlings had these ships designed so they could survive when they inevitably killed the Algol system as they killed their own planet?
4. What was the true purpose of Galia?
A prison in outer space. What better place to haul dissenters?
5. Is it possible that there could've been more than 9 "nei weapons" (perhaps a "Nei Bar" or claw)
Theorectically, yeah. Any weapon can be made into a Nei weapon through the use of ancient magics being fused to it, namely by the 'word of power'.
6. Did any Palmans know about the humans? (Or Dezorians or Motavians)
I doubt it. If they did, I wouldn't doubt that they were hauled off to Gaila/Gaira like Rolf and Co. were, and executed promptly. Lutz didn't seem to know they were there, though.
7. Did any humans ever leave Noah and masquearde as Palmans? (Or Dezorians or Motavians)
Possibly, but unlikely. They were probably all heavily influenced by the Dark Force for generations before they even arrived in Algol.
8. Where did the resistance make it's headquarters?
Considering it was an after-thought put into the compendium, who knows? ;p
9. Are there any history or mention of Odin's decendants?
Wasn't Tyler supposedly one of Tairon/Odin's decendants?
10. What was the origin of Siren?
He was a combat robot of an earlier model than Wren/Shirren. He was one of the leaders, along with Miun, of Orakio's robot armies to counter Laya's forces.
11. How did Wren (PS 4) escape to Mota? And was Mieu and Wren (PS 3) created at the same time?
Fuoren wasn't created until after PSII (he is 998 in PSIV, which takes place 1000 years after PSII), so he was probably actually *built* on Motavia. Shirren does not have feelings, whereas Mieu does apparently, so one could guess Shirren was made first...well, maybe.
12. Was the main cyborg factory, in fact, located on Palm?
*shrug*
13. Where did Tyler get his ship? And how was he involved with the resistance?
Tyler, as far as we know, was a resistance onto himself. He states he left Motavia after Mother Brain popped up, and I would guess that before that he may have just been a pilot of sorts who stole a ship and continued his space travels despite being outlawed. We also know he saved a number of people from the deteriorating worldships and founded a town on Dezolis, where we find his grave in PSIV.
14. Is it possible that the Dark Force (presumed to have escaped Palm by hiding on one of the colony ships) was manifest before Palm's destruction and could've concievably been confronted by someone else who might have failed for lack of the "Nei Weapons"?
Dark Force's manifestations are tricky. I'll just say I think Palma's destruction accounts for the extra DF that apparently wrecked havok with the colony ships, and and the 3 incarnations in PSIV.
15. Is it possible that Odin's laconian axe (whis was actually stronger than Alis' sword) could have been an even more powerful artifact, if not a "Nei Weapon".
Hm, not quite. Laconia is a metal considered holy, and I think by infusing it with magic and the souls of heroes Lutz was able to make the Nei weapons/Elsydeon (which I still maintain Elysdeon *is* the Nei Sword).
16. Is there any mention of the fate of Lassic's Sky Castle?
It is linked to Lashiec, and will be ressurected when the seal weakens and the Profound Darkness can affect the Algol system...y'know, except that the PD was destroyed at the end of PSIV.

Some compendium info:
and here is the link: Actually, You should check out the alternate PS 2 story to see what Palma was like before Ps 2 was changed...
http://home.att.net/~RCgamusic/ps.htm
AW 822 - The Earthmen's spaceship stronghold, Noah, invades the Algol Solar System.
AW 843 - The "Conjunction", the alignment of the three planets, occurs. Due to gravitational interference, the orbits of Parma and Motabia are shifted, and cities are annihilated. Thanks to the Earthmen, the escape shuttle containing the remaining members of the ruling class is destroyed, and the Landeel bloodline appears to be wiped out.
AW 845 - Mother Brain, secretly controlled by the Earthmen at the heart of Noah, begins construction of its centrally controlled network on Parma, and reconstruction advances at an accelerated pace. Lutz awakens. He goes into hiding with his followers on Dezolis.
AW 868 - The reconstruction of Parma is completed. Control over the public welfare is given to Mother Brain. Because of this, an underground resistance movement is also born.
1284 - Ohario Sa Riik and Aina Le Cille, succeed in cutting off their spaceship's remote control system from Mother Brain, and, before the fall of Gaila, evacuate many people in rescue ships left over from the time of the Conjunction.* Two people of the La Shiec bloodline are among them. These tens of ships start a journey to look for a new world beyond their solar system. Immediately afterwards, Eusis and company defeat Dark Force, Mother Brain, and the Earthmen race, but what happened after that is unknown.
The Alisa III and the Neo-Parm (III)
The names of two spaceships composed of seven multipurpose domes. They were the two spaceships used to evacuate the people of Parma just before the fall of the artificial satellite Gaila.
Air Castle (I, IV)
A castle in the sky built for La Shiec in the year AW 341. It cannot usually be seen with the naked eye due to the magic power used to cloak the castle.
Moreover, the black magic that created the castle in infused in the monsters inside its walls. When La Shiec is resurrected in AW 2284, he is half-zombified and needs the magic power inside the castle to survive.
Earthmen (II)
People from another star who invaded the Algol Solar System in AW 822. They planned to seize and overrun Algol with Noah's central computer, Mother Brain, but, in AW 1284, they were slaughtered by an anti-Mother Brain faction. Whether or not any survived is unknown.
Esper Mansion (II, IV)
The building in which Lutz gathered his fellow Espers after the fall of the Landeel dynasty. The assembled comrades created the Nei series of weapons and Elsydeon to guide the heroes foretold to eventually appear and prepare them for Dark Force's rebirth.
Laian-Orakian War (III)
Term referring to the fight between Laia, a girl with the power to control monsters, and Orakio Sa Riik, who commanded a robot army. The utterly devastating battle destroyed the world's highly learned civilization.
Dark Force deluded Laia's heart and caused her to start the war, but she finally came to understand that she was being used and, together with Orakio's power, overthrew Dark Force.
Mother Brain (II)
The name of the central computer of the Earthmen's orbiting fortress. When the invading Earthmen slaughtered the entire royal family in a spaceship accident in AW 844, they manipulated public sentiment to abolish the monarchy and found a democratic republic. In the following years, construction began on the network on Parma, with Mother Brain at its core.
Spaceship Noah (II)
The star-going vessel carrying the refugees from the destroyed Earth. Through deft use of their radio jamming system, they infiltrated the Algol Solar System. The Earthmen then used Noah's central computer, Mother Brain, to seize control of Algol.
Aeroprism (I, IV [II as well])
A way was developed to counteract undetectable anti-gravity systems through magic power. Through the Aeroprism, systems using electro-magnetic waves can be rendered powerless, and the Air Castle, normally undetectable to the naked eye, can be seen.
