Between Phantasy Star 3 and Phantasy Star 4, which one has the most labyrinthine dungeons overall?

Please note that I am not talking about the difficulty of the dungeons here but merely the maze aspect.

Phantasy Star 4, the dungeon maps were very interesting to explore. As for the 3rd one, the maps were alright and they may be easy to navigate, but wasn't very interesting as the 4th one.
