Does anyone know where I can get the sound track to all PSO music (ep.1-4... yes, ep.3 too) in a format other than midi or mp3 if possible.

Split from "Site updates" as your post wasn't about any of the updates.

Which format did you have in mind?

I'm not actually sure. My best guess would be .wav but whichever format is high quality will work.

For some reason, the midis won't work on my mp3 player. it just doesn't show up. Anyone have a solution to this?

MP3 players are mp3 sensitive... That's like trying to play wpegs on it...

Still, if mp3 is all I can get, I'll take it. Better that than nothing. Still, I would really prefer a higher quality format... if anyone knows where I can get it.

I did see quite recently at a site that provided the soundtrack in uncompressed format (wav/aiff), Ill have a look around!

A good site for videogame music is bluelaguna... I'd put the link, but I don't know if I I'm allowed to do so.

Does it carry all the songs off PSO 1-2-3-4?

I'm looking for the entire set.

I tried Blue Laguna with less than acceptable results (I had better luck looking on google/yahoo search engines). I have a friend tracking the MP3 formats and I've given specific instructions that the MP3 format be of the very highest quality available. And I've also requested that a deep search of .wave format files be tracked down. I know they're out there. Unfortunately, I am unable to do any searching or, for that matter, downloading of my own.

Any help any of you can provide would be sincerely appreciated. And anyone able to send me a full copy of the whole series soundtrack in .wave format would be my honorary best friend for a whole year.

And I would make time to be on whichever PSO (GC/PC-BB) server they are active in. =)

Strange. blue Laguna worked just fine for me. Which servers would you try to download the files from?

I do not understand how it could have gone wrong... you just go there, click on what you want, then go to it's OST, click on the music you want and it downloads it when you select a server to download from.
