Playing a Force post-Dreamcast

Postby Dorrinal » Tue Oct 21, 2008 6:24 pm

I've recently downloaded PSO BB and I'm thinking of trying it out tonight. What I want to know is if they've changed how Forces work. In the Dreamcast days the best offensive technique I had was called "VARISTA". ;) Are the techniques still underpowered? Do you spend all your time shooting a handgun?

Can I still get a clam?

Varista + Force? Everyone knows a FOmarl using Inferno Bazooka with God/Hand is the best :P
PSO (GC) - NEO: HUcast LV 176
PSOBB Schthack (PC) - Redrian: HUcast LV 25
PSU (PC) - Neo: Male Cast Acrofighter LV 161 R.I.P.

Giving a Force an Inferno Bazooka is wrong.

The balance changed a lot with GameCube PSO, which PSO BB is essentially a port of. Yes, Techniques are more powerful. Forces can even use up to LV 30 Techniques!
Get Xenoblade Chronicles!
