This is how to split them: It is random, sometimes a Foi will split them, sometimes a Zonde. A foolproof way is to always hit them with the third and final strike in a combo, then they always split up.

A Pouilly Slime split from a Pouifully Slime? That's not supposed to happen...

And only Barta techniques and a MISS-MISS-HEAVY combo should split them.<p>Plus, you should only be able to get four from each original. So, Mage1, did you have 5 Pouifully Slimes in the room before you started to split them?

Yes...<p>You use a gatling/mechgun type weapon or a Musashi type weapon, it usually happens when you hit twice. :p

Naha, I've split them many times with both Foi and Zonde. It's not only via Barta, and always the third hit, no matter what type of attack it is.

Yes Benoit it is suppose to happen, even 2 Red Slimes are able to appear that way.
