As for now, it's just the new title that PSO: Episode I & II for PC got. There's no new info yet.

It's a sub-title wooh...<p>There are new NPCs, especially in Episode 2, but my guesses are it might be PSO 1&2 Plus, the one released in Japan only...<br>But since Plus sounds so silly, they made it: Blue Burst #) <p>I'm already waiting for a GBA PSO where you can link two versions to get all the rare weapons :p Like Pokemon! !@#$

PSO: Episode I & II for PC is a port of the XBox version.<br>At least for now, only one new NPC has been spotted.
