During quests in EP. 1&2, is it posible to get rares off monsters. Like if I play The Fake In Yellow on Hard, would I still be able to get a Rappy's wing?<p>Thanks

Yes you can. The quests have no effect on the drop rates of monsters - at least that is what I believe to be true.<p>The best way to hunt rares is to use the quests - which is why I'm continually doing runs of Soul of a Blacksmith in Ultimate.<p>You're also far more likely to see a rare monster, due to the higher numbers of certain monsters in certain quests.<p>And if you wish to repeat a quest, you can complete it and quit without claiming your reward. The quest will still be open.

It's the quests that people usually pipe on. The Fake in Yellow, Forest of Sorrow, Soul of a Blacksmith and Addicting Food are all great quests for piping. Obviously you can get rares if people do that.
