I don't know, but the rest of the post speaks for itself.<br>Maybe it's stated like that because the JP version didn't have that glitch. Rather, the JP language Word Select didn't.

FSOD happens on the English version because of a glitch when you're online.<p>To avoid FSOD, you have to switch language to JAPANESE and you can't be FSOD'd.<p>There are idiots in Vega and elsewhere that FSOD for a living. Flashing stupid flyers with ugly vultures and such.<p>Hopefully this till stop the FSOD's in the english version.
