Hey, do you have some "Resist Holy" units (at least resist saints)? Put on two or three of those along with a metal body or god body during the last battle, also When Dark Falz is about to hit you with grants, you hear a high pitched noise, make sure you are at full power before he hits you. <br>Later in the battle, when he takes your soul, and you can't hit him he will hit you with grants give you soul back then whack you hard with his body You need to take the time after you get hit by the grants to heal before he hits you with his body. Hit him hard with rapid fire weapons like a Draw series mech type gun or saber. <br>Hope this helps.<br>

Very true. If an enemy breaths on you and you fall down, you may just have to earn some more EXP. I'm always talking defense. Some people put too much emphasis on attack. When players have a super attack biased mag and a great weapon, they fly through normal and hard with little EXP under their belt. Soon they will hit a wall, and the very hard and ultimate rappies will begin to send them back upstairs looking at the nurse. <p>Have you ever noticed the level of the NPCs in the quests in the hard to ultimate modes? Thats cuz the NPCs dont use Mats or MAGs, they need a high level to be able to do something in Ultimate. Or they'll get pwnd harder than Ash on normal Forest! :p <p>As for the DFP part with Falz? Forget it. His psychical slash always does a set ammount of damage and I believe his spells can be 'resisted' with Units such as Resist/Fire n Resist/Ice n Resist/Holy. Ditch any EVP and DFP units you have and bring some useful stuff such as POW, MIND or ATA.

no, that slash is physical. dfp can stop it. the thing is, it takes a good amount. i figured that out with jherm. i fought v-hard dark falz about 3 times (before i learned the genius of scape dolls) and the time i beat him, i decided to equip the metal/body's i had instead of the elg/leg++'s. i then survived the slash. so dfp does help alot. as for the element attacks, i say get as much hp as you can, i say this because i hate resist units.

I rather have +40 HP than +30 DFP though. HP units will help.

40 hp won't help alot. 30 dfp can save you more than 40 hp on physical attacks

Resist/Holy, man. <p>I had 2 and my def equioment had good ELT so Grants was barely scratching my varnish. <br>

On Dark Force, Resist Units of all types except for lightning are the way to go. DFP is useless, it does NOT help at all.

I put on two or three Metal Bodies. and a resist holy. I think the slash is his strongest attack. I never have a problem killing DF. However on ultimate DF2 you have to watch out when you are frozen as those darvants can end your fight if you don't use a healing item quickly.
