Well, I don't want to seem egotistical, but I'm proud of myself. Every aspect of myself (what I consider as important to myself, like karate) can never be replicated, and that gives me a sense of accomplishment. I'm glad that I am who I am, and I am proud that I can always improve myself.<p>This doesn't mean I think of myself as never wrong, but failure is a part of improving yourself and learning from your mistakes.

I am proud of being a better uncle to my Niece Channing than her other 3 uncles.<p>I'm also proud of being more of a "Father" type than her real father would.<p>I'm proud to say that I will always be there to give her what she needs, even if her mom can't.<p>She only has me in the end really.

Pride: er...finally getting a dog? I dunno, I dont' really have too much pride unless I think about it. Getting a dog was good though. I have responsibility and now I can prove I have enough because I haven't gone crazy yet and it's been 3 days

I used to be proud of many more things than I am now, most of which were very vain indeed.<p>Now I can say I'm proud, or rather grateful of the same thing that Siren mentioned. I am content with my physical and mental fitness, I have been able to accomplish much (although not as much as I should have or even am) and am grateful for the talents granted me that I can do some good out there.

Okay. I got it. I'm proud of being smart and physically fit enough to travel America on foot. I'm proud of being able to communicate well. I'm proud that I can start a fire with nothing but a pocket knife. And I'm also proud that I associate with no druggies or alcohol addicts or morons. And I can also stand on my head.

Alcohol goes up to your brain, and damages it if you take a lot of it (by the time you are already drunk).<p>I'd rather not touch alcohol, because then I also can't get addicted to it.

(Serious)<br>I'm proud of my mom. She has to deal not only with my permanent stupid annoyingness, but my stepdad constantly flipping out, a 2 year old that cries a lot, and a 10 year old that demands everything. On top of that, she does her job, deals with the other kids that show up, a (divorced) stepdad that won't pay child support, and cooking, cleaning, and otherwise doing everything that both a mom and dad should all at once, and yet still manages to find the time to smile and love her kids. She is the best mother in the world, and I love her so much more than any of you can imagine.

Kids in my highschool do it and i just think "Yeah, they cant watch out for each other while sober, ...imagine them all drunk in the same room...".......I.E.
