I've discussed this issue with Becky before even seeing this thread.<br>Her parents just don't want to listen. They probably know they are wrong, but don't want to admit it. And if she keeps asking, they will ban her from the PC.<p>Parents these days... %) <br>Dumbasses.

Bye bye for now, strange though, they may have the same thought of everyone else. Many people don't want to chance ruining a computer because of the cost. With the addition of internet, a good PC these days is a large expense. I can understand why they would feel the way they do. My parents are kinda paranoid about me downloading music. I'm sure your cheery attitude will be missed.<p>*Hapiness meter goes down* :p

Back when my siblings used my PC to get online, they were forbidden to download illegal MP3s. And when they did (but I always notice), there was a virus. It had spread itself on some floppies too. I cleaned it all out with AVG.<p>Now how did this happen? Easy. They infiltrated by IE.<br>I forced them all to use Mozilla as soon as I discovered and installed it. Never had that problem again.
