I'm just wondering... what is it like to fall in love with someone? Can you describe your experiences of what it was like for you? Overall ... It's a good time haha. You always trust your partner, they're always there for you, they're concerned about you and in general you have a much better overall sense of security. You leanr a lot about yourself and the way you act, you can start new habbits, get rid of bad habbits, hell it's great. I've been dating a girl for 3 years now and we've never had a dull moment nor have we ever argued on anything (out of what foods are good or not :p )<p>It's a very educational experience haha

Coldfury has a really good point and you only ever have 1 opportunity to find the person of your dreams. So if you love and want someone go for it !

Well, Mono summed it up pretty well, actually. It's nigh impossible to describe what it feels like to fall in love or be in love. Remember the movie The Matrix when the Oracle says to Neo that being The One is like being in love? You can't explain how you know, you just know. It's such an intricate combination of emotions and thoughts and miniscule changes in behavior (although sometimes the changes are substantially great!) that there's no phrasre, essay, or set of images that can descibe it properly. It's just a feeling - a knowledge that this somebody next to your side is someone you always want to be with, care for, trust, laugh with, cry with - someone that you never want to leave because you can't live without her/him.<br>That's not nearly adequate enough an explanation, but it's the tip of the iceberg.

I like the way you put it Malakai. Love is just a feeling and in order to describe it in anyway you have to experience it. You could try to give an example of what you think love is but you'll never REALLY know what it is until you feel it. Neo, Mono and Malakai are all spot on.<p>You cannot describe love - it's unlike anything else. You'll know when you feel it, because nothing else has felt like this.<p>Although, I do have a little test - it's more likely to be true love if you want your target to be happy, rather than you just wanting to be with them. That's more likely to be sexual attraction.

Yeah...if anything, you can say this...<p>Love is falling for a person the moment you lay your eyes on them, and over time, the more you learn about them, the more you want to be with them, to make them smile and to make them feel like you would be there for anything.<p>I'll lay that down...here is another one...<p>Love is spending the entire English class daydreaming about that special person.<p>ha..ha..ha....
