It's not, check out SFC for full coverage of what Moogie could get, its another BS attempt by Sega just to screw with our heads.

I'm really getting sick of this. I wish Sega would just stop messing around and make a real Shining Force game. Not a generic "Shining" game, but a Shining Force game. I am feeling more and more nostalgic for another story of Granseal/Runefaust.
