PS1? Try PS2. I found it significantly more difficult than any of the other PS games. Besides the fact that damage adds up no matter your defense rating, they just made Dark Force far too hard. Not to mention the fact that you have to beat Mother Brain after that.

Arcade... not enough quarters. I dont have PS2, so uhm, no.<p>And I did beat ultimate offline with my HUcaseal at level 145 without returning to town. Chainsaw, Charge Vulcan (50 hit 80 dark), Demolition Comet (40 hit 50 dark), and Red Handgun (100 dark through pd and photonsphere at Gallons). And about 12 or so Scapedolls.
