Hi PS fans. I'm new here

I finally joined the PS community after lurking around for a long time.

Phantasy Star has always been my favorite RPG. I remember watching my sister play it when I was very little, and I always wanted to do whatever she did. I started playing PS IV, but it was hard because of my age obviously, and I couldn't read English at all. So I used to ask her all the time. Then little by little I became interested in PS II and III: needless to say, they were hard as well, especially PS II.

I got into Megadrive programming for more than a year now, and I've always wanted to know how the Phantasy Star games were made. I am willing to share whatever I can find out about them.

More fellow programmers are always welcome! Though I don't know any Motorola 68000...

Do you know any assembly language? Which PS game are you most interested in hacking?

I don't know any assembly. The closest language I know is C. But I did use some assembly in school when taught about PLCs.

My interest is more in how these games work instead of changing them. I'd probably be most interested in hacking PSIII.
