My guess is that is a quickbar. Like on Diablo 1 or 2. I think you can put techinuqes and or items in there. I did see a screenshots some time ago and it was filled with techiniques.

Why is it betraying? Its just PSO for the computer.

Because the main market for this game is the console users, and they put in something exclusive for the PC version. I already had a thread about this.

Thats because there is a PC market too. Many games are made for all platforms+PC.
