Algol's genesis, Japanese version

I know we have the Compendium to read about Algol's genesis, but it's a bit contradicting and confusing. So I've screenshotted Le Roof's monologue featured in the Japanese Phantasy Star IV. I hope a translator will aid in translating it so we can know once and for all what it says!
