Ps 3

Phantasy Star 3. Definately. It does (as some of you have already said) have a TON of unused potential. PS3 had quite a bit of drama in it. I mean let's face it:
1. Two clans of people who are so at war with each other that they're not even sure the other still exists.
2. Four androids that still work in perfect order, two of which were purposely placed in waiting to meet a specific person who would only be born 1,000 years later.
3. Said androids are pitted against each other when Mieu and Wren are forced to battle Siren (I'm sorry, I don't know the accurate Japanese names for all the characters), even though they were obviously created by the same person, probably for the same purposes. And not even a "hey, how's it goin? Long time no see" or anything like that, just stoic android silence while they battle what is essentially a brother.
4. OMFG WE"RE LIVING ON A SPACESHIP!??
5. All the main characters are royalty. Plenty of drama there. Period.

and many more reasons too many to list.

Besides. I don't want them touching PS2. It was a gem. You can't cut a gem twice, you'll only ruin it.

Are you from Glasgow, by any chance? Your picture seems to suggest that you are a complete nutter -- but in a good way!

I have family there. Guess I know where I get my craziness from. :p

Near enough. I spent most of my teenage years in Glasgow, and lived there my first two years of uni. So, your presumption is probably quite correct yes. No such thing as normal around here. :P Glasgow's a great city, I once got threatened with a breadknife for 50 pence!

Before my grandparents took up residence down south (employment issues), my father and his two brothers grew up in Possilpark. Apparently, it's ultimate shithole of shitholes in Glasgow.

I'm inclined to agree. I've driven through it, once. I saw all I needed to. Fortunately my campus is located in a nicer part of the city, where I don't fear for my car's wellbeing if I leave it for ten minutes.

Trainspotting pretty much hits closer to home. It's like watching a live documentary of Glasgow life.

Kelly MacDonald as a horny Catholic schoolgirl for the win.

*laughs* That was a good film, and it really does show what it's like (I hate the Underground, it's ancient and rattly and shaky). Glasgow is trying to get rid of it's stab-city reputation, but it's never going to happen. My hometown is just as bad, we're close enough to Glasgow that they tend to migrate here. It's like all the dodgier parts of the city, concentrated. I must watch Trainspotting again.

Seeing as I'm in a Glaswegian mood, I'm switching my avatar to Ol' Rab.

Trainspotting is a film starring Ewan McGregor and Robert Carlyle. It's about drugs and self-destruction and gives a great insight into the not-so-hidden crime that goes on in Glasgow. It could be any major city really, but it's set in Glasgow and the biggest city in Scotland is well known for it's violence and problems. It's a fantastic movie, and worth watching if you can find it.

Peegai's avatar is Rab C Nesbitt. He's the star of an old comedy series again set in Glasgow. It shows Glasgow in as bad a light as Trainspotting does, but it pokes fun at the stereotype as well. Not that it's much of a stereotype, it's pretty true. Elaine C Smith (Mary doll) is also in the series and she's a well known Scottish Commediene, she does a lot of theatre and panto as well.

Youtube is your friend: Rab at the Dole Office

It's scary that I know people like that.
