Phantasy Star III: Rom Hack

Postby Edge » Tue Nov 09, 2010 11:39 pm

Well, translating the text to something more understandable, I am beta testing the game myself, and as I hit each new area, or storyline part, I save my state, and open Aridia, then the hex editor, then Aridia again to repair check sum... With this in mind, I have the first two generations 100% done! Beta Tested, AND written, AND equipment fixed, AND stat fixes for EVERYTHING in Generation 1, and 2! Meaning, my first official rom hack will be released, PROBABLY sometime tomorrow or the day after.

I hope people enjoy it, and find the re scripting useful.

Nice!! My rom hack is done as mentioned... It should be on both PSCave, and Hughes Johnson's site soon... However, V2 is already in the works as today I got the Dev. Build of a new version of Aridia... I have to say, this is fricken' sweet!! Any fans of Aridia, be very excited! The official release will be soonish, and it will also have a new feature added to it as well!

Aridia is soooo ftw!

Cool, cool... I'm willing to give it a shot. :D Very interested in what you've done with the game, Edge. I dislike waiting, but I suppose the anticipation, in the end, is worth it. :p

Does the new Aridia allow you to ADD stuff to the game? :P

That can't be done no matter what you do. You'd have to make your own game completely to do that.
