Please quit smoking. I do not enjoy the scent of cigarette smoke while I'm waiting for the bus or the train. It's been about 20 years since it has become public knowledge that Smoking Is Bad For You, yet a lot of you teenagers started to and keep smoking like brainless idiots. You can't tell me you didn't know.

The part about teenagers smoking is annoying me now, so many people in my year (Friend or not) are smoking, I lent a girl £8 recently for a fine (she got for going on a train without a ticket) and everyone after told me she would spent it on "fags". It only gets worse when we walked to ice skating WITH SCHOOL, during school hours and a few people stayed back for a smoke on the walk up.

Smoking disgusts me, and it annoys me the person who I'm jokingly facebook married to does it (the girl I lent money to :L), as well as so many other people. Ugh :/

I smoke cigarettes. I've been smoking since I turned 17yrs old.
But... Cigarettes have never fully controlled me. It's the relaxing feeling that nicotine gives. That's why I smoke... sometimes.
Last year I chose to test the control I have on cigarettes. I decided not to smoke on weekdays.
Now I have kept my habit this way for almost half a year. I'd quit smoking right now if it would grow to a point where I can't live without it.
Smoking for me is like chocolate for some women - I can and want to enjoy it, but I can also live without it.
Also I like it now when it's forbidden to smoke in bars.

When walking, keep to the right. Do not make me juggle between left and right when I have to pass you because you chose to keep to your left or the middle. It's been more than 2000 years since the Roman Empire, so stop doing it.

Here some people almost bump into me when I try to keep to the right "lane". Damn people! I understand that bahaviour from a little boy/girl who's in school for the first year.

One of my computer monitors at work was replaced today. I have tried everything to make the tint less yellow; alas, it's like I'm viewing everything through a dirty window. :( Not to mention, it doesn't match my other monitor, and the color difference is driving me nuts.

(This method can be used in many situations. I've seen it performed to determine who would present projects first in a class, who would chaperone a field trip...the possibilities are endless. It is second only to "rock, paper, scissors".)

Me: "I'm fine..."

Classmate: "Maybe he has hemorrhoids!"

A few classmates: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

Me: "I'm not you, mister Butt Heater!" (this classmate built a butt heater last year and got teh rhoids)

The whole classroom: "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!"

Teacher: "Okay, smartasses, I'm kicking you out of the classroom. Come back when... Huh! Time's up. I'm kicking you ALL OUT! GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE! NEXT IS MY ME-TIME!! OUT! SHOO!!"

Everyone kept laughing.

The whole exchange was hilarious, but this part reminded me of how my friends and I had nicknames for people in college (some better than others). There was Little Guy, Snap-Shirt Guy, and...Space Heater. Why Space Heater? During a party, he sat on a space heater during an intense game of Spin the Bottle. We're very creative.

This was about five years ago. A few weeks ago, one of my friends was visiting and he was telling me some story about some guy and I didn't really care since I didn't know who he was talking about. My friend said, "You know him! Space Heater!" and I said "OHHHHH."

Like I said, five years have elapsed. Poor Mr. Butt Heater is going to only be remembered as Mr. Butt Heater to a number of people. Forever.

I already have my nickname. "Escarabajo", which means "Beetle". This happened because I once made a mistake while soldering a circuit and burned a diode. The diode burned while I was testing the circuit and left me smelling like a beetle. You know, that horrible smell they emit when they feel threatened.

That said, I prefer it to "Calientanalgas", which is "Butt Heater"...

I smelled like an insect, but I don't have "teh rhoids" implicit in my image.

On other news, I received confirmation of my preorder being sent with both Macross Triangle Frontier and Valkyria of the Battlefield 3 for the PSP... That done, I went and downloaded the iso of Valkyria 3 and patched it. Macross Triangle Frontier is currently downloading. Now, to test if the first one works.

The reason I actively went and downloaded the ISO is because most likely I won't be able to run the games once I get them, unless someone releases a patch that bypasses the firmware check by the games. While I STILL insist on buying the games I play for the PSP, the Custom Firmware I run can't run the newer releases, and I'm not abandoning the BEST calculator I have ever had just to play games... That, and playing with emulators is just too good to throw away.

I'll still keep on supporting the few franchises I love, even if it means importing them from Japan like this time.

Screw you, Sony.

Mkay, I'm glad I missed out on the butt zit episode. xD

My nickname in the military was Cinderella, so I can't complain. It's a pretty decent nickname. I had nothing interesting in high school other than "Montana" because it rhymes with my maiden name and Joe Montana was a very recognizable athlete at the time. It was a very boring nickname.

Only nickname I've ever had was "Ike," due to my middle name. Why yes, my middle name is the same as a former President's, why do you ask?

Urgh. I just realized I wrote a romantic story just in time for Valentine's Day. This will be the second Valentine's Day I've been single since I was a teen. Blargh. Flergh. And other sounds of discontent. *shakes fist at corporate America*
