Hello<p>I need to know the offical release date of the Remakes

Phantasy Star Generation:1 has been released in Japan as you no doubt know. Phanatsy Star Generation:2 is being released there on February the twentyfithth. There is no info available about when the remake of PSIV will be released in Japan yet, and no screenshots or anything have been made public.<p>All in all, there seems not to be an official date for a American or European release of them yet. One thing is clear though, it will not be Q1 of 2005 as was originaly planned.<p>Some hope for late 2005, keep your fingers crossed!<br>

Why i asked was becuse there are many websites and mags stating that PST will be released Feb. 1st and others said that it has been moved to Q4 of 05, also becuse there hasnt been much info on the game so close to the release date it makes me worried I wont be able to play it soon. !@#$

I'm semi-confused now. On Eb they say theres a remake coming out for PS2 that had 1,2 and IV on it. And it's to be released March 1st...?<p>I think that was called PS Trilogy...<p>can someone fill me in lol?

Well I dont think we can trust any real date untill we start seeing more stuff like screenshots, vidio, and more news so just hold on till then, it will be released, or else....

I'm just venturing a guess based on what I know (I've been keeping up with the remakes since I first heard of them last spring)... but I don't think we're going to see them stateside until the final quarter of this year. <p>The February release date for the Trilogy was based on the original Japanese release dates which had PS II and IV coming out Dec. 12 and 24 respectively (or two dates similar to that). However, the Japanese release dates were pushed back two monthes for PSII and an unannounced date for PSIV (so I would tack on another 2-4 months for safety's sake.) So let's say PSIV is released in Japan in May. The earliest we would see a PS Trilogy in English would then be another two monthes (based on the original release date stated above). So we're talking July at the earliest, but games are often pushed back, and in terms of not getting my hopes up, I'm just saying we'll have the remakes by the end of the year.<p>Which is depressing, because I bought a playstation 2 for the sole purpose of getting the games this spring... sigh...
