You choose to be sad or depressed, a choice.
You could instead look at the bright side and realize you can learn and improve.
Self fulfilling prophecies are never good.
The cute girls don't deserve to be sad or depressed.. MWa haha

Yay~ My ordinary pissed-off morning mood, now even worse because I couldn't sleep very much. Got like 30 minutes, woke up, slept 20 minutes, "Hey, shouldn't you get up now?"
Yippee. ~_~

Kex, I've been reading your posts and as of late you seem to have a lot of pent-up stress right now - I've lived through a similar moment in life that you seem to be experiencing. So if this be the case then I'd like to offer some help based on what I've done to relax again. If not, then you can ignore all of this.
For mental stress and turmoil, here are a few suggestions:
- sit down and write whatever comes into your head, no matter how absurd your thoughts might seem. Don't go back and read what you've written.
- close your eyes and start counting very slowly. This is a very simple mind task and 'slows' your internal CPU, so to speak. This is used by doctors everywhere for patients who can't sleep because it calms an otherwise hyper-active CNS, or a frizzled one for that matter. Listening to classical music helps sometimes, but that isn't as consistent since you have to find the right that soothes your brain waves best.
For physical stress:
- go out and run. Around the block, to the park, wherever. This releases several chemicals in your body (don't know the terminology in english) that are like excess baggage. This has always worked for me, and you don't necessarily have to run very far. I've run sometimes a one kilometer, or sometimes 5. Just run until your body tells you to stop. Then go take a nice long nap.
I'd say other things like Yoga and stretching, but I'm just giving you simple that you can do anytime and just about anywhere. And after all, cheer up! La vita e' bella.
