I think it was a really humane move to change the mascot. I think Tux will be back some day eventually.

I see. I wonder why they had to put a beak on the creature. It ruins the image for me. :(

I remember reading that it was because it devil wanted to look more like it's predecessor. "I'm in disguise!" -like.
