Note my bad grammar I did not mean SC5 sucked I meant "how do you know SC5 sucked?" And Sonic heroes wasn't ported over by a 3rd party company. Oh wait SEGA IS A 3rd PARTY COMPANY!

And then people argue that grammar is not that important...
Sonic Team only worked on Sonic Heroes for the GameCube and the XBox. They asked another company to convert it to the PS2, which it did a poor job at.

Or would you rather ugly and crappy games be made?

Which get made by buying the wrong system, since the PS2's architecture indirectly promotes those.

Both systems have their flaws but neither are better than the other.

That's true, since in the end, games make the system. But as a system by itself, the PS2 was poorly designed. It shouldn't have been supported in the first place. Not to mention the price they dared to ask for such a poor job. Yes, I know it has a DVD player, but it's still primarly a game console, and the high price also came from Sony having chosen a custom chip, which asked a lot of money in the beginning to produce.

They both had crappy games and they both had wonderful games.

Except that the Dreamcast's library consists of 60+% of good games, which can't be said of most other systems. It was so well designed and easy to program that there weren't that many crappy games.

As long as the Shining Tear's storyline is set in a seperate universe and doesn't screw with Camelot's great Vandal/Innovator plot, then I'm looking forward to its release in the West.

I don't have faith in it, since the game is made by another team.
