News: PSO PC Blue Burst

We were talking about the one screenshot, where she was in the Principal's Room, so I was right. <br>And in the end, in a way, we are both right since she appears in both.

PSO Blue Burst won't be playable offline. The saves are stored on the server.<p>As for the BLACK-haired girl, I have no idea.<p>You also have to know that unlike Ragol in Episode I, Gal Da Val in Episode II is strictly confidential information. You also would need permission from the Lab to go down. So that limits the chances of any NPC being able to go down with you for a quest.
