well, i've kinda missed alot on this one, but i vote no ranks. if you easily meet all requirements, ur in, if its disputable, i say we vote on membership. i also say that this should not be set in stone. i think the first couple months should just be tests more than anything. find out wut doesn't work and change it. we can't expect to have all details taken care of right away. it'll take time, so i say we get this running, with no leader, asap and then take it from there.
