How is episode 3 LAconian shot?

Woah! Don't think this game akin to Magic or Yu-gi-oh! or even *shudder* Pokemon TCG.<br>The cards are just away for you to manage your tactics...and Sonic Team did a fine job of it.<br>AND WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN BY "it's not PSO"?! Of course it is! True, it may not be like Episode I and II, but it is still, in essence, PSO. Neo, don't judge the game until you've played it. It still maintains the theme that PSO: Ep.I and II featured.

Dude, there is so much customization and planning out, that is why people like NEo don't like it. They don't wanna have to think of strategy and so want FAKE real time combat so they don't have to think. Just press a button to attack.<p>Turn based strategy is real skill and with Episode 3, make the wrong move and lose.. Or you can somehow come back. IT all depends.<p>Even someone with the basic deck can trounce a high level decker. It depends on how you play.

I would have to say that sometimes i'm in the mood to smash buttons hack & slash style on the first two, but other times I'm in the mood for some strategy in ep 3...so this is kind of a pointless argument to me

Benoit, its the fact that they made the cards, AND turnbased. I may as well play with Yugi oh cards. I agree with Flare. It just has the PSO story in a card game. And how can you argue that?

I fully agree with Khyron.<br>I already explained multiple times that the boxes were replaced with cards. It's only a cosmetic change. Would you still argue if the items were still in boxes?<br>And by your definition, all RPGs are card games.

And besides, In episode 1 and 2, with items in boxes, they prolly scanned the specs and replicated the damn things. I don't see you pulling out a frozen shooter out of a box as big as your head. <p>Episode 3 is not Yugioh! Don't ever compare them.. I'm getting annoyed..

HAHA. It seems as if I need to explain more. I do not like turnbased! TURN-based. TURN. Turn means to exchange moves with another object. CARD. Items are now CARDS. You take TURNS using your CARDS against the oposition. A big box sitting on the ground so you would not miss it. The item only shows in "box form" while on the ground. So that identification is easy. I would rather the items be in "weapon form" while on the ground, but I didn't make the game.<p>I hate Yugi oh as much as you do Khyron, but I'm not very knowledgable in the Card Game world.

SPOILER!<p>The "germ" came from the Great Shadow...so as far as I can surmise, it is D-cels that CARDS are made from...and Great Shadow is Dark Falz. This could be wrong, but that's not what records from Blitz say...

It's just a cosmetic change! COSMETIC! They could just as well have put the items in hairpins, for what's it's worth.
