I believe that it was simpler for them to remake the designs for PSI & II, but I think that for PSIV it will be more difficult since you see much more of the characters in the gameplay, what with all the screen shots and cut scenes. They're going to have to be careful and use their brains this time if they don't want to mar a masterpeice.

In lieu of the discussion on the characters of PSIV, do you think they're going to continue with the way they did it for the remake of II when it comes to the battle scenes?<p>I mean, when characters had two weapons on their hands, they jumped back to their idle position between strikes... I really liked the way PSIV handled it better, as in, if they had two weapons they just mirrored the attack instead of jumping back. I know they jumped back in PSII as well, but it's just so clunky looking. I'm not sure whether they were trying to retain that look in the fights from II or if they forgot... Because I mean, they don't have two weapons in the same hand as the animations suggest... in IV they did switch hands :O;

I think that the'll follow the same format in battle scenes; perhaps they wanted to stick with the PSII format in that way with the characters jumping back and attacking again. It would only make sense that they follow the same format of PSIV in a likewise manner.

Sorry this took so long I've been rather busy...<p>First off I'm sorry if I've ofended anyone, I haven't bothered to read the past posts and honestly I just dont' care anymore, feel free to flame me or whatever you wish to do.<p>I may be wrong or I may be right, either way I seriously didn't expect such a reaction and for that I'm sorry and sorry for the insults I have said.<p>but for the record, I have beat the name over 120 times, and I have NEVER repeated used save states to get this done, I've done this start to finish mostly on my genises, if you don't believe me fine you have that right to think so it is an outrageous claim but I've said it time and time again, anyone here goes to SFC knows that already.<p>Again I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused, I'm not going to respond to any of the comments above (haven't read any but one of them about the whole thing with save states).
