Religious implication in Episode 2?

Today I just got acquainted with mr. Olga Flow, and noticed two things:<p>1) I still need another 6 or 7 levels to get him.<br>2) He fights suspended upside down.<p>Nevermind #1, but #2 was something I found peculiar. Those versed in the story of the cathollic church may know that there was only one person in history that was crucified upside down, and that was St. Peter (founder of the church), and given Heathcliff Flowen's background as a martyr I couldn't help relating both figures. What do you think?

Eh, possible, but the fact that the Japanese culture is incredibly ignorant about Christianity leads me to believe that this is pure coincidence.<br>If you ask a Japanese what the cross he's wearing (purely aesthetic) represents, you'll get a blank stare.

While I agree with Laco about how the Japanese are ignorant to the Catholic religion, (a country mainly practicing Shinto, rather) references from history often make their way into games. For example, Etruria and Ostia are both parts of the former Roman Empire, but Fire Emblem uses them as names for the countries in the game.<p>I honestly think this reference is too obscure to be genuine, (like Forge said, you are travelling down an elevator shaft) but it was interesting an interesting thought.
